The "A Team" - Executive Recruiting Research is a research firm organized to support the recruiting efforts of search firms, consulting organizations, and end user companies. We have unbundled the search process in an effort to create custom solutions and strategies to assist our clients with generating applicable candidates.We are not a contingency or retained search firm and never charge by hire. Our rates are very reasonable, hourly contract versus a flat fee and can save you thousands of dollars in recruiting costs compared to retained and contingency recruiting firms.

 Our consortium is made up of 4 consultants trained as generalists with one of the Top 20 Worldwide Executive Search Firms. Over a period of years, we have established specialty areas through our individual excellence & achievement in obtaining precise search results. All consultants have held management positions within the Search Industry and are trained in both research and candidate development. Even though we each have a specific focuses, we’ve had years of cross-training in many of the areas listed and are competent to serve as either the search leader or 2nd assistant depending upon availability.
Combined we have more than 90 years experience in both the private and public sector, personally holding either executive or management positions. We know and understand structure and hierarchy. The professional maturity of this group provides us with the experience essential to sift through multi-layered organizations and identify appropriate candidates.

Name Generation
We will develop a target list of companies based on your specific requirements or use the target list you provide and then generate names from those target companies. During this phase, we go into the targeted companies and identify those individuals who fit your position based on job title or position description. We can identify the name, title, or contact information, of virtually any candidate in any position from senior management to middle management. We are not in the business of selling lists. The research that we send to you is original and will have been confirmed prior to us delivering it to you. All information will be in a computerized format, and you may choose to receive it by email or fax. We provide accurate, "custom-built" name generation for most major industries at a competitive hourly rate.
Candidate Development/Profiling
This service involves contacting names generated from target lists, generating resumes and making a determination as to the candidate's interest and qualifications by telephone. We will profile and qualify all of the identified prospects based on your position specifications. Prospective candidates will be polled to determine qualifications, education, salary, availability, interest in your position and/or company .Those candidates' backgrounds that are found to be appropriate are then forwarded to you. All direct recruiting support, which involves contact with candidates, is billed by the hour.
Follow-up
We provide you with a detailed report that includes the target companies, individual contacted, results of phone conversations, notes/comments of particular interest to each assignment.
